ENTERPRISE CHAMBERS

Enterprise Chambers is a commercial Chancery set undertaking a wide field of domestic and international commercial, property and company work in the Chancery Division, the Queen's Bench Division, the Commercial Court and overseas. There is an emphasis on litigation at all levels, including advice and associated drafting. Members accept direct professional access work and frequently appear in arbitrations.

It is the only London commercial Chancery chambers to have branches in Leeds and Newcastle upon Tyne. The same fields of work are undertaken in all 3 branches and all members are available to be instructed at all 3 locations. The Leeds branch was established in 1988 and was such a success that it was decided to consolidate the presence of Chambers on the North Eastern circuit by opening the Newcastle branch in 1997, coinciding with the inauguration of the Mercantile Court on the circuit.

Chambers regularly holds seminars in London, Leeds and Newcastle and participates in conferences jointly orgainised with solicitors both throughout the United Kingdom and abroad.
